Another beautiful piece of art from the Syrian kids living in Lebanon.
Preparing dinner at the Onion Factory Camp.
Some kids go to school. Some kids get to play, or read, or travel.
Some kids fetch water for the daily chores. This is just another day in the life of the Onion Factory Kids, and many other Syrian children who are now refugees due to the ongoing conflict.
We are developing an Education Initiative for these kids starting in July so that more will have the opportunity to continue their education. We will be looking for your help and support. More details coming soon!

Camp Profiles
Most people hear the numbers. Millions of refugees. Countless camps spread throughout Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, etc. We want to help put a face and tell the stories of these camps and the people living in them. We will be constantly adding content, categories and camps to this project.
This is just the beginning. Click the link below to check out this new part of the Voices for Syria project.

Art can be a powerful tool for healing. It gives kids the opportunity to express what they've experienced, both good and bad, in a safe and creative way.
We collected a lot of art while working with the kids of Rescue Me last year, a summer camp program in Beirut for mostly Syrian kids dealing with PTSD.
Here is another example of the art they created. You can find more in our Art Gallery.
